My MB Way payment was not confirmed

  • Did you receive an unfinished payment email, but you have already paid? It can arrive before the payment confirmation reaches the system. If the money has left your account, write to us with your order number and we will confirm.
  • Is the payment pending or was it declined? The order may not have been confirmed. Write to us with your order number and the proof of payment (a screenshot from MB Way is fine).
