Cookie Policy

All personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This document contains additional information regarding the use of cookies.

Números Surreais, Lda., with its registered office in Guimarães, registered at the Commercial Registry of Porto, uses technologies such as cookies to make your use of its website easier and to personalize its content so that it is more relevant to you. Below, we will explain as clearly as possible what cookies are, the purpose of cookies, and what you can do to control or delete cookies.

1. WHAT IS A COOKIE?

A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard drive by a web page server and contains data. The file is transferred via a browser during your first visit to a web page. When you return to the website using the same device, the browser checks if there is a related cookie (containing the same name) and uses the data stored in the cookie to send the information back to the website. This way, websites recognize that the browser has visited previously and, in some cases, adapt content according to that visit.

2. THE BENEFITS OF COOKIES

Some cookies are extremely useful because they can enhance your experience when you return to a web page you have already visited multiple times. Provided you use the same device and browser, cookies can, for example, remember your preferences, help us understand how you use our sites, and make the displayed content more tailored to your interests and needs. Our website does not use cookies that collect information that would identify you personally.

3. CONTROLLING AND DELETING COOKIES

If you wish to change how a browser uses cookies, including blocking or deleting cookies, you can do so through your browser settings.

To control cookies, most browsers allow you to accept or reject all cookies, accept only certain types of cookies, or display a message whenever a site wants to save a cookie. It is also easy to delete cookies that have already been saved to your device by a browser. The processes for controlling and deleting cookies vary depending on the browser you use. For information on how to do this in a specific browser, you can use its "Help" function or visit http://www.aboutcookies.org, which explains in detail how to control and delete cookies in most browsers.

4. COOKIES USED ON OUR WEBSITE:

  • Session cookies: These are temporary cookies that remain in the browser's cookie file until you leave the website, so no record is left on the user's hard drive. The information collected by these cookies is used to analyze website traffic patterns. Ultimately, this allows us to improve content and enhance the usability of the website;
  • Analytical cookies: These are those, treated by us or by third parties, that allow us to quantify the number of users and perform measurement and statistical analysis of how users use the service offered. We examine your browsing on our website with the aim of improving the delivery of the products or services we provide to you;
  • Advertising cookies: These are those, treated by us or by third parties, that allow us to manage the supply of advertising spaces on the website more effectively, enabling us to analyze your browsing habits and show you advertising related to your browsing profile.

5. DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?
