Processing/Production Time
Processing/production times vary from product to product:

Non-personalized products:
If the product is in stock, the processing time is 1-2 business days (shipping time not included).

Personalized products:
Because your piece is a custom design that requires manual crafting, the processing time can range from 3 to 25 business days (shipping time not included), depending on the product and the complexity of its production. You can check the estimated processing time on each product page.

We know that people are often excited to receive our products—especially when they’re meant as gifts—but please remember that we are a small business. We always do our best to reduce the estimated times, but creating unique and high-quality pieces takes a little time!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received it, or if you have any other issues, please contact us at suporte@pontodeamor.pt and we will assist you as soon as possible!
