Do the products have a warranty?

Yes, Ponto de Amor offers a 1-year warranty on all products + an extra 1 year for those who choose this at checkout.

If I don't like it, can I return it?

Of course! You have up to 30 business days to return the item, subject to the conditions set out in the following section.

Can I track my order?

You can follow the status of your order on our page, all you need to do is enter the code.

Can I change or cancel an order online?

If you wish to cancel your order, you will have 24 hours from the date your payment was made to do so. Send a message to our support team and we will respond to your request as quickly as possible. After this period, all customizable items will enter the preparation phase. As this is a customizable product, it is produced especially for you and cannot be used for another order.

Is it possible to change the photo on the necklace/bracelet?

No, as soon as you place your order, the necklace/bracelet goes straight into the production phase, so for process optimization reasons, exchanging photos is not possible. We appreciate your understanding.

What is the delivery time?

  1. Order Processing and Manufacturing: up to 5 working days.
  2. Order Shipping: Delivery time is 8-12 business days.

How do returns work?

Information:

  • You have up to 30 business days after receipt to make returns. The reasons why you can request a return are as follows:

    • Defective item;
    • Delivery of the wrong item.

  • If the item is customized, exchange or return will not be possible.

  • The order must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, without any signs of use.
  • Ponto de Amor assumes no responsibility in the event of loss or damage occurring when sending your returned order.
  • After receiving your order and checking its condition, the amount will be fully refunded using the same payment method.
