Non-personalized orders (ready-to-ship pieces) are delivered in 1 to 3 business days, including delivery in Portugal.
Personalized orders are made in our atelier: microphotography pieces in 4 to 8 business days and engraved pieces (text, coordinates, star map) in 2 to 4 business days. Fingerprint mold pieces take 3 to 4 weeks in total and engraved fingerprint pieces 2 to 3 weeks in total. With priority production, the piece arrives in 2 to 3 business days, including delivery in Portugal.
Orders placed by 16:00 (Portugal time) are processed the same day.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
