Non-custom orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
Custom orders can take up to 25 business days to be produced.
Ponto de Amor is a recently founded company that has gone viral due to its unique and high-quality products. However, as we are still a small company, we are currently experiencing a large backlog of orders. During the month of January, some shipments may be delayed due to a breakdown in one of the machines used in production. We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that we are doing everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ship your orders as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
